Our high-performance heat pipes allow for efficient thermal transfer or heat spreading from the source to an area where the heat can be safely or more easily dissipated. The great advantage with heat pipes is that they have a much higher thermal conductivity than a solid conductor, making them far more efficient than an equivalent cross section of copper.
Heat pipes are particularly useful when transferring large amounts of heat where there is a small Delta T (temperature difference) between the ‘hot’ and ‘cold’ ends of the heat pipe. They contain no moving parts that can wear out and require no power to operate them, making heat pipe systems extremely reliable and efficient.
Another advantage is that they can be bent and shaped to meet your unique product environments, then combined with a range of our other products for optimal heat dissipation.
